Accounting Services

By accounting services we refer to all services regarding your financial and payroll accounting as well as the preparation of interim and annual financial statements. Depending on your individual requirement profile, our service ranges from the complete outsourcing of your accounting to the outsourcing of subareas, such as: Submission of VAT returns and summary reports prepared by them. Also, the reconciliation of your financial statements, e.g. from SAP into the e-balance taxonomy and its transfer we take over for our clients.

Preparation of interim and annual financial statements

• Preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
• Disclosure or deposit of the adopted annual financial statements in the electronic Federal Gazette
• Assistance in the statutory and voluntary audits of financial statements by their auditors
• Assistance in the preparation / transmission of the required e-balance sheet

Accounting, payroll accounting and reporting

• Creation of the current financial accounting, sales tax filing, summary reports
• Preparation of quarterly reporting
• Payroll
• Payroll accounting for employees of foreign Group companies transferred to Germany
